I °) DELIVERY

 

How much does shipping cost? and how long is delivery?

HANDLING

All orders take 48-72h to process. The shipping time frame given by the carrier will start after completion of your order.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

We ship via La Poste Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. La Poste Home Delivery delivers packages Monday through Friday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential addresses.

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All delivery schedules are in addition to the 2 to 4 day timeframe for order completion. Once your entire order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the La Poste tracking information.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.


Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including North America (USA and Canada), United Kingdom, Europe, South America, the Caribbean, Australia and the Far East. We also ship to military addresses.

 

When will I know my order has been shipped?

When you receive your dispatch confirmation email from us, it will contain your tracking number. This will let you know that the order has left our warehouse and is on its way. Please note it may take a few hours for any movement to show.

 

Can I track my order?

You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number in your confirmation email

 

Can I have a different delivery address to my billing address?

Yes you can but orders can be delayed while we verify that the shipping address is legitimate. We recommend that you ship to the address the card is issued to to avoid delays.

 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes

Can I order over the phone?

Currently we do not accept orders or payments over the phone.

 

Can I change my order once it’s placed?

Once your order has been confirmed, our staff cannot change or edit the order due to administrative reasons.

If you have placed an order incorrectly, please contact us and we will cancel the order, allowing you to re-order the correct items.

You will be billed in your chosen currency. CORIUS PARIS accept US dollars, euros or sterling.

IV °) RETURNS

 

What is your return policy?

We will happily refund any items within 7 days of receipt, providing it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse.

Please use the contact form on the website, detailing the reasons for your return and your order number. We will contact you as soon as possible with return instructions.

Please return the products by registered mail to the following address. We will refund the amount you paid for the goods.

I received the wrong bracelet / belt, what should I do?

Occasionally mistakes do happen and we will look to rectify this as quickly as possible. Please contact the customer service team using the contact form detailing the issue and we will be in touch. Please include your order number at all times when emailing our customer care team.
